What does a full detail include and what is the going price?

A Concours Detail starts at $700.  But I have packages that start at $200.  What does "full detail" mean to  you?

Seems cheap, but that may be the average for your area.  If you haven't seen his work, I'd try to get someone to refer you to a good detailer.
